Hi there from Memphis. I have been keeping fish for a majority of my life. I am a junior at U of Memphis so many of my projects are all about DIY to save money. Working for a local hardware store comes in very handy!

welcome to mfk..pleased to meet you... yes working for hardware store is perfect for projects...haha.. you will get alot of help from the DIY and you will be able to help others too... if you have any questions just ask.. we are all here to help each other and have a good time too... :D
 
Thank you both! Yes having a family owned hardware store is great! I have used the DIY section here for several projects before I joined and am soon to start another. Both of my 150 tanks I have had to repair where the previous owner had broken or neglected parts. There is so much information to soak in, and so little time to do it.
