hello MFK!!!!
i actually cant believe im new to this!! when i fish started my hobby 3 years ago, i started with a community tank of rosy barbs and a rope fish in a 20 gallon cube (the old school rectangle, orange ones lol)
i got another 29 gallon with some african cichlids not too long after. while i was well into my third tank, a 55 gallon with red bellies, i got a job at THE FISH CAVE in jacksonville, NC where i became obsessed with saltwater. i have been keeping reef tanks for 3 years now, after establishing many random tanks and finally a 55 gallon reef, i am ready for my next endevor!
after moving to cincinnati and working in a fish store in mt healthy, i noticed a world that i had never imagined, south america. im talking about pikes and catfish and arowana and !!!!! my newest project is one that is 300 gallons more than ive ever owned! a custom built, 400 gallon wall unit for my basement living area! it will be like a tv entertainment area minus the tv
i am tired of upgrading tanks, im ready to have a riverbed masterpiece. im educating myself and with the hopeful help of MFK and the experience of others, my dream will become reality!
