Maybe depending on what species. I have a common mala wolf fish thats very aggressive. Most species.of wolf fish dont do well with tankmates. Mines about 12" and lives with a 24" silver arowana, 16" LMB , 15" TSN, and 15" lugabris pike. The LMB keeps him in check. Personally i like wolffish but they dont do too much mine hides in some huge plants unless feeding. You always are taking a risk putting a wolf.with anything. Plus you will need a huge tank in the future
