Hello, I've been lurking this site for quite a while...and thought I might introduce myself. I live in Bloomington, In.
My wife and I have been keeping Malawi cichlids for a while; I have 10 aquariums in total but only have 6 up & running right now. I have a 220g sitting empty right now, a 150g with various mbuna species, some smaller tanks with single groups of aulonocara, haps, and a bunch of fry.
We've been thinking about getting into some larger, more aggressive cichlid species, such as guapotes and cichlasoma- and some other stuff, maybe.
Like I said, I've been lurking this site for a few months now...I thought if I were to get into bigger, more aggressive fish, this would be the place to hang out.
Now that we have all THAT out of the way...does anyone know of a high-quality FH importer/breeder in the States?
I would consider non-domestic sources as well, if anyone was able to vouch for one.
