G'Day ya'll,

Just wanted to say a quick howdy. i'm Theo from the land down under.

I have two Barramundi 15cm long, two 10 cm Salmontail Catfish, a juvenile Short Fin Eel in one tank and a Scat at bout 25cm in another tank, all in fresh water. Will post pics soon.

I look forward to having a chat to everyone in the near future.

I'm having a rooting tooting good time already.

How long have you had your Barras CATFISH mick? I have only had mine for a few months and I love the little guys. They just pack personality.
 
ALAS, THERE ARE NO BARRA GRACING ANY OF MY TANKS AT THE MOMENT. THE LAST ONE I KEPT WAS ABOUT FIVE YEARS AGO AND I BOUGHT HIM ABOUT FIVE YEARS BEFORE THAT. WHEN I MOVED HOUSE I SOLD HIM TO A FRIEND OF MINE THAT WORKED AT UNDERWATER WORLD ON THE SUNSHINE COAST. HE WAS ABOUT 2.5 FT LONG THEN, AND ATE A PACKET OF PILCHARDS EVERY OTHER DAY.

TODAY HIS NEW HOME IS UNDERWATER WORLD HE IS CURRENTLY 5.5 TO 6FT LONG WEIGHS 45 TO 50KG AND EATS ABOUT HALF A SEMI TRAILER LOAD OF FISH PER DAY HA HA...

I HAD THE CHANCE TO VISIT HIM ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO WHILE ON A SHORT STAY ON THE SUNSHINE COAST. HE AND HIS FELLOW BARRA ARE ALL DOING JUST FINE.
 
Thats great. I have probably seen him then, i was at underwater World only a couple of months ago. Which isn't a good idea when you are planning a new tank build. After i left i decided to go BIGGER AND BETTER!! see what the missus thinks hey.
