the reason he said it cost more was because of all the sharp edges that had to be smoothed out,i have cats and didn't want sharp edges.I feel its a work of art.

550 for the fabrication of the stand imo is a fair price. The stock for that size stand isnt cheap not to mention all the welding and grinding to make it look that nice. If he then primed it three times then powdercoat Id say another 150 is decent.

It looks like it will have no problem holding alot of weight plus its unique :)

i was attempting to carry it in my apartment with my heels on,lol.Lucky for me there were a few workers at my building and they did it for me..
