At the same time, try to do water change of 10-15% daily.....this will help to clear all toxic in it and get the water perimeter right......dont forget to add in salt and increase the temp....

my aro is holding himself vertical on the bottom of the tank now. he will still lay over periodically. if I tried to wedge him in somthing he would just swim away. I am doing daily water changes and adding salt and epsom salt. along with melafix. I just recently lower the temp back to about 82 to raise the disolved O2 level in the tank. I hope he continues to get better all I can do is watch. I also hope he eats soon. its been about 10 days. thanks again
