Yeah, I think I was lucky to only have 3 missing scales. His barbels look perfect and I do not see any other visible injuries. I am just happy he flopped his way to safety or else I would be retrieving a dried up fish.

that is still a good sign if your fish is eating after the accident, he wouldn't eat anything if he is hurt..
I had a similar accident with my silver and he survived. After that I have ensured that each and every tank I have had after that is completely covered. Very scary incident though. That baby you have is a very beautiful one. Take care of him.
