I didnt see it happen but the jaw is now really crooked, must have smashed into the glass or something. Its about 6 inches long

Is there anything I can do or am I/it just out of luck??

im not en arowana expert but..... this is advise i read on other sites for same problem.....

Just leave the aro as is for now....let it heal as fishes have great healing skills...just keep water clean and add salt and blackwater. Soon your aro will beg for food and will eat gradually....So sorry to hear this news.

also u may want temp at 82 and turn tank light off, but leave room light on if u can,
and dont put alot of salt in if u do that just make it feal more like its natural environment

best advise on eny injured or sick fish, make it comfy and leave it alone

If ya can't care for it then put it down or find a home for it. Better to keep fish that you can properly house for life. Even with out the messed up jaw getting rid of large silver arowana is a monumental task.

The guy at the LFS gave it to me for $10 cuz I made a big purchase there and we made a deal that he'd buy it back for at least $10 whenever I wanted...I told him I had a 125 and that it'd outgrow it. That's my fall-back option I was hoping to make a profit but oh well.

I just want to know if anyone's had this happen and if it heals or if there's anything I can do

Your aro is stressed to the point where it seems like its not even swimming level, not surprised it tried to jump a messed itself up. Never buy a fish you can't keep for life...

That's not an issue...I give it back to him as soon as it even approaches too big for a tank. Basically I'm raising it for him then he'll sell to someone with a big enough tank. I'm not cramming arowanas in small tanks

Smacked into the glass and screwed up its mouth...common for them. Sometimes they end up killing themselves jumping into the glass...Not really much you can do.
Thinking that you would grow this guy out and sell him at a profit is kinda funny. Most people want to grow thier fish themselves and not take on somebody elses 18-24". I grew mine to 24" and ended up having to GIVE him away....nobody wanted it. The only reason I got rid of it was because every time I opened the lid of the tank he went airborne...the last time he did it he hit the ceiling, so it was time for him to go to a new home.
