HELP ASAP!! POSSIBLE DEAD OR DYING FISH!!

Rule of thumb for oscars! never place smaller or docile type fish with them. place other monster type bigger sized fish but for sure research compatibility! bad loss, lesson learned.
once in an earlier life, I had a red tiger oscar & a tinfoil barb. the barb was an attacking machine, too fast for my oscar. after I had enough, that TB was history - gave to LFS for free. another faux pas - I bought a baby whale bigger than the oscar. slow swimmer. like moby dick the baby whale went into my oscar's mouth! the site of it still yikes me!!
