If you have other fish in the tank I would treat the whole system. Clean filter midium in some tank water and vacuum the substraight and change lots of water inbetween treatments.

When I saw the fungus I moved him out of my 220 and put him into a 75 gallon all by himself. I did a large water change and cleaned the filters and added a fx5 to the main tank and everybody in there still looks good! So it's just him in a 75

Then as long as you are keeping the 220 clean the other fish may not get this, just keep up with it and keep the nitrates low. As far as this fish is concerned you could easly treat it in a 20 gallon tank. It will be cheaper to do it that way.

Don't forget to soak some pellets and feed them like I explained in an eairler post. GL

The fish has been moved around alot and that would put it off it's feed. Just keep it calm and treat with the meds. Once it starts to eat try it again.
