they will go in my 31 gal..

Yep, male albino convict is my vote too. My male grew about 6" before it died prematurely. You should def pick it up, the fins look great!! Nice curvature to them! And nice long extensions, even on the pelvic fins!
 
Pink Convict.
 
I wouldn't trust the labels some LFS put on fish. just trying to hype up something so they can sell it more. It is definately not a parrot, they sometimes will dye pink convicts and sell them as jellybean parrotst(to mark up the price!!). Yours is a pink convict.
 
i have it in the tank, with a 100% female.

i ' m trying to take pictures, but it's very fast.
 
yeah, it's a convict ... i had 6 or 7 in a 20g when they were about 1.5" ... a pair formed and they bred when they were all under 2"!!!!! it really is true what they say, the way to make them breed is put them in water

i ended up puttin them all in my big tank, one lasted for a few weeks
