Help!!!...Cloudy Water

It is a 125 gallon tank...I just checked the water parameters again and it still reads fine but water still look cloudy. Did wc two days ago and another wc today. While doing the wc today, I decided to check the 404 to see if there was anything clogged in there and found nothing. The filter pads were clean with no gunk on it. Could it be that the clog is in the intake hose thats why theres no gunk on the pads? I'm geting to a point where I'm thinking of just tearing everything down and restart. The stress zyme that was added didn't seem to help either...what's next guys?
 
Wow, dude 4 PB 125 gallon tank and your just running a 405?
I have x2 FX5 fitlers each doing 2300 an hour in a tank like that, but at least 1 fx5! No wonder your tank is on the edge with ammonia - it'll only get worse as they grow
