HELP!! COLMBIAN SHARK CATFISH!!!

I'm sure he'll be fine if he has settled down and the redness is subsiding. Maybe you need to introduce more hiding places in your tank if he reacts like that again.

He's swimming and breathing normal again.

There are hiding places in the tank, but they're occupied by 2 pictus catfish. But before I had them, their were hiding places and never went near them. During the day, or when the lights are on, he swims around the top over and over with the baby one following him. But at night he just stays at the bottom. He just got startled.

With a columbian at that size you should start making plans to accimilate him to brackish.

It's farrr away from the door, it's just upstairs. He's 6'3". Idk if that helps.
But in upstairs floors, you can feel vibrations?

It's actually a good place.
