OK...

I've gotten 12" Indo about a few week now and he seem to be very stable. Untill I introduce me 13" Wide bar in the tank, then my Indo stabel to fade out the color.

Now the Indo and the Wide bar are fighting, and tail wipping. I have toke all them out from the tank, redecorated the set up and re introduce them again.

But not stopping them from fighting.

What is the BEST way to provide this from happening?
What do I need to do to get them in peacful?

the temp are between 78-84f.

Do you think dimming to light would help more? Any advise is appreciated.

You need to get more dats to spread out the agression. (Which is a fine excuse to get more;) )

How bad is the fighting? Is there any visibile damage being done? if there isnt that much damage, i would just let them work it out on their own. Typically once one of them establishes its self as the alpha fish, the fighting should minimize ( if your lucky it will completly stop) Personally i would hope that it be your indo as the dominant one, that way he may regain his stablility and keep it. Or as recomended above, get more dats..lol.

get more dats? how many more and what size should i get? The big or small one?

i current got other 2 7" indo, a NGT, a NTT in there.

getting more tigers will not help if they are the same size the problem you have is the 2 tigers you have are to close to the same size

i had 7 x 12inch tigers and they were fighting all the time thats why i sold them

i even took a 12inch tiger out for 6 months thats was beating up all the others and after 2hrs of putting him back in the tank he was beating them back up again

its make up your mind time which tiger do you want to keep

Well I will diff keep the wide bar there is no question about that.

The only way is the get the indo another tank by himself and see what happen. The indo is beating up my wide bar, and I can see a little of damage on him.

They need to establish the dominate Dat. The aggression may decrease over time, it may not.

All your other dats are smaller so they wont be testing the big guys, and the big guys wont see the small ones as a threat. So as far as they are concerned its just the 2 of them in the tank. If you add more they will need to be closer to the size of your 2 large ones, to have any effect at all. And that prob wont stop the fighting, just spread it out a bit.

Thats what happens when you introduce 2 dats that are close in size. I have more luck with aggression simply by making sure if I add any dats to a tank with a large one already established, it is atleast 6" smaller. Now once the small one catches up in size they may still fight alittle, but IME its not as bad as just introducing a 12"+ dat to a tank that already has at 12"+ established.
