I joined MFK about two hours ago, and I asked a member a question without knowing there was a quick reply section. So I'll ask for your advice also. Has anyone had success apllying silicon to Ames Blue Max? Thank's Richit
Well since he's new and he asked a valid question it would seem prudent to actually answer it instead of being snide about a necro. I personally used Ames products, not Blue max specifically but similar products. I had 0 issues with silicone and Ames and as far as what i have read here nobody else has either.

Richit, there may be a quick reply section but when the dates between the 11 and 12 post are 20 months apart...this might not be it.
My apologies, however reading the above statement can be read as snide. Honestly, if you didn't have the answer or advice of some sort why bother posting? That was my reasoning for responding to you that way because I saw no need for your reply and thus took it as snide. Again, sorry if I ruffled your feathers.
