Help! Eye injury on Aimara

Would like some advice from the wolf experts out there on how to treat eye injuries...... My lil Aimara must have hit his eye on something today. It's swelled up to like 3 times the size it should be. Will get pics up later.

Is there anything I can do? Salt? Increase temp?

ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Mine got crack len & Len got cut before still can heal to normal...
I think as long dun damage the black colour inside will recover.

I would just make sure the water is pristine and IMO that will be enough (something like that happened to my old lei and all I did was WCs and giving time). GL

Problem with treating injuries or illnesses to the eyes is that the eye ball itself is/has zero contact with the water, no external meds will work. In extreme cases of diseases within the eye antibiotic treatments have been used, it's a long drawn out manual process that yields shacky results at best - low nitrates, low c02, good levels of dissolved 02, and a good diet are pretty much all you can do.

48 hours after the pics you couldn't even tell anything happened..... Looks fine.

Good to hear, it would be a shame if anything happened to this fish. I would remove my pinky with a spork to have one.
