whats going on with my goldfish .....her tail and fins are white at the top.....what should i do.....all fish are suffering from this diseases.....

for starters do a 50% water change,,what size tank how long set up how many fish in the tank?

Its a 40 gallon tank...and i have 6 goldfish....what is thenext step after water change

its fin rot. you nitrates are likely through the roof. Look up some treatment but generally your tank needs more frequent and larger water changes.

I did 70% water change .....and kept a heater at 26 degree c..and use aquatic B medicine...

Do you gravel vac? If not a lot of debris will be stuck in the gravel and doing water changes will only help the problem for a day or two, clean the gravel very well.

Instead of cleaning gravel....i remove all.....its a gravel free aquarium....i also clean filter and so on.....should i change water 20% daily or what should i do

What process do when you clean your filter?

I clean my powerhead with tap water and change the filter media...this is only what i did???????
Is there any problem on it????
