(help) FH has white dot or pimples

Need your help again for my brother fh. He bought it 2 week ago after saw my FH, and His fish is about in 2 months of age, he run to my house this morning because he notice a many white dot like pimples something in the head and tails on his FH. The fish still eating plenty and still active but we still worried for the said white pimples.. Is this thing can make fish going to dead? How can we heal it? Why he got that thing? Please i beg you guys help us..

is this the flowerhorn in the tiny tank??
if it is.. theres your problem, if i fish is always stressed it will get sick a lot more often..
its possibly a bacterial problem, treat it with a broad spectrum treatment like promethyasul..

nope my brother got 20gal tank for it... where do we get that promethyasul, it sis available in petshop or in drugstore?

What is ich? How do we heal it? Is there's possibility that his fish is going to dead? Sorry for bothering i just want to help my brother but i very noob for the fish sickness.

try raising the temp. and add some balsum salt, if that doesnt work nox ick is a good treatment for ick you should be able to get it from your lfs. Jungle brothers also makes a good med for ick cold water and stress leads to ick. The fishj may have had it when you purchased it from the pet shop, if untreated the fish will die.

Just want to update...
i guess we did it, yerterday we turn off the oxygenator then put 1tsp salt and 1tsp of methalyn blue together w/12 drops of malachete green..
today i dropby to my brother house few hours ago, i see the white spot going to run out, there's still a few visible i hope it will copletely gone soon..

Still have a few little white spot, but the is very active/healthy and eating good.

do we need to pud again a malachite green on it or not? There's no guide in the bottle for the proper use of malachite. Can you tell how many days enterval to put malachite again.
