Help finish stocking my 300

I second the Heros (severum, metae or rotkeil) and the chocolat cichlids (H. temporalis)

Funny, That's what I was looking at just now, and my new choice may be between the Heros Rotkeil or the chocolate cichlid...


The background is Aquaterra rainforest. It's a hard shell of some type over foam. I don't know if they could break through the top layer, but if they can bite driftwood, it's possible. I do have some driftwood, but there's nothing else in the tank, everything is in the sump. Here's a pic of the background before I filled up the tank.
