Also, float is usually caused by stress..........adding a new fish or aggression. If it comes back, you know how to treat it now.
when a moba front of mine had it a while back I moved a few rocks around.
I used to feed my front floating food sticks for several years and had no problems. I don't feed my mobas floating foods anymore.........mainly frozen foods.......krill, mysis.......and sinking pellets (NLS Thera A, Dainichi Ultima, Dainichi Color FX).
