treat for IPs, and now every tank he has been in is exposed to what he has, so all fish are at risk.
I would use something thorough such as prazi and metro. However, you may post in the freshwater diseases section and get aquanero's suggestion.
ALWAYS quarantine new arrivals.

there is a definite indication that there are parasites involved . Your flowerhorn should not be hiding or have white feces . Prazi works great for flowerhorns . Keep that water pristine and treat the 40. You may have to treat your community tank now since the new fish was in it . I would for precautionary measures so you don't have to go back and forth . Follow the instructions on the bottle . Be sure to have lots of air going and don't forget to do the water change as directed , no carbon and wait an hour before administering the meds (after priming ) . You can also not feed for three days while you are treating . Soak pellets in Epsom salt solution and let the pellets dry then try feeding those . That will help get rid of whatever your fish has. You should see improvement after a week and I suggest you don't move the new fish for at least a month because it stresses the fish out and it will be more prone to sickness and disease. Hope it improves for you .

Yeah try soaking his food with Epsom salt and try to feed him if he still eating. Also dose his tank with 1tbs per 10 gallon of Epsom salt. It can be double dose 2tbs per 10gal but that's up to you. If he doesn't eat or get worse after those treatment we will try something else. Try Epsom salt first before metro caused its safer and cheaper too.

thanks guys ...i am using Epsom salt from today...will keep you all updated...
do you think my other healthy fishes can get infected too ????

It's been a week now my FH is infected by Hex. And as I have mentioned the FH was in the community tank, so I feared that my other fishes might also get infected but they are fine.

In a week I have gone through numerous forums and websites along the youtube videos for the proper medication of Hex. And also the local fish club, now people have different opinion, but they all agree about using Metronidazole for cure.
First I have mixed Epsom slat with rock salt in a ration of 60:40 mixed it in the tank water. And that is done for first 2 day of infection.
Then along with the Epsom/Rock salt mix, I have tried Metronidazole tablet.
I have used Metro 200 MG tablet, heated up little water and mixed the dust of the tablet with it. And every day there is 30% WC.

Now I was looking in youtube for some tips to cure Hex, saw some vids of using "CLEAR". It's using a syringe and put the meds directly in the fishes stomach. It is very stressful for the fish and a lot of people would go against it.

Though my fish has turned Dull, lethargic and not eating for 2 weeks now. It would die for sure, so thought about trying the process. So bought a 1 ml syringe and made a mixture of Metronidazole Tablet 200 MG in warm water. Took the fish out, and put the medicine directly in the fishes stomach.

Now I am not going to do this step again, and no my fish is not cured yet and it is still not eating. But the white poop stopped, it can be coz of not eating for a week. Or it can be coz of the effect of the medicine. So now I am not sure it is working or not, it is just wait and watch.
