You are doing everything you should. How is it after the 50% water change? I would leave it be for a day or two now.
Yeah, cuz this problem came about after the addition of the salt, but he is back to following us around the room, but not eating, and now the skin problem? I am confused? wondering if it could be ich?
thanks Allan, just wondering if it could be ich. this came up a day after treating with the salt and water change. Maybe I shouldn't have done it, but I treated for ich. Cuz it kinda looks like that to me. So, don't know if I should do another water change or not. medicine says to treat 3 days in a row, then water change.
Not ich. might be salt burns or ammonia burns but I'm not sure. But like said test the water and then do a 50% change. What epsom salt did you use exactly, maybe a pic of the container?
NO what I'm talking about is that bamboo will lower the nitrites and nitrates so that it will be easier for the fish.
