I wouldn't bother with the rift lake supplements, too expensive. Aragonite sand as substrate, aged water with sea salt to add some missing minerals is more than enough, and less costly on the pocket. I prefer to spend my money on fish, plus high school chemistry was not a total waste, was it ;)
 
fronts can be funny sometimes, I have a larger male that seems to never want to eat. Once he settles down he will eat.

Very true , thats why i make my own depending on if there wc or captive bron.
 
try live food. my frontosa's go nuts over tetras. try it.
 
Try feeding every third day. Put a little bit of food in. If it does not eat, scoop the food out and try again in three days.

Post ammonia, nitrites and nitrates. You may need to do a small water change.
