Usually come from overfeeding, leftover food in tank. Not hamful. Like Modest said increase vacuuming and reduce feeding. The will disappear on their own.

ok thanks its not over feeding and its not poor water quality its that they dont eat all the food given always and i feed sinking pellets soo. ill start vaccuming 3 times a week instead of 2 and remove any not eaten and feed a bit less aswell, thanks for the help!

Water changes do help, but make sure you vacum the gravel. That's where they feed.

buy a cleaning crew. seriously what about some bottom feeders?

hed these little worms in my 30 gallon with triangular shaped heads. Kinda wedge shaped and they swam all over when I sifted through the gravel, no biggie

I fed a little less and they took care of themselves. If you're cleaning twice a week you're gona be fine

Drinking that water is hardcore man! Can you feel em wiggling inside n stuff?

not a good Idea for his tank, he has a 4X2X2 and a HUGE pair of breeding Jags, when I had them they killed every fish in the tank ink plecs

So you guys don't keep fish in these Jag tanks that clean the bottom?

no gravel or what? Never kept Jags or other big cichlids like them so enlighten me
