I had a order come in today one fish appears to have ick one appears to not be able to fully open it's find and one has a white thing on its top fin look similar to ick but I thinks it's something else WHERE do I start as far as treatments there all under 1.5in in case that affects treatment methods

Bummer. Let's start with the ich due to it being able to kill the fish.
Slowly bump the temp up to 86 deg and add a tablespoon of salt per 5 gal. Treat for two weeks. Replace the salt when you do water change.
Fin problem sounds a problem caused from poor water quality.
The other problem sounds Like it might be a viral issue if so its not treatable.

If its a virus..and not a fungus there's nuthing you can do. And most viruses are highly contagious. But probably will not kill the fish.

Wow that sucks. Number one rule, don't combine those fish with your current stock. Put them in a cycled quarantine tank with a high temperature, salt and some ich treatment. Then, demand your money back and take pictures for proof. Who were they from?
