Well I would remove the filter pad, Do a water change and buy about 60 more lbs of live rock. You do not have enough bio filtration in your tank. With the two tangs you will need alot of bio filtration. Your skimmer is ok for now just make sure to keep it clean. With lighting and nem, corals it;s not the wattage but the intensity of the lights that matters. You could have 5000 pc watts but only have 80 par at your sand bed. I have a 75 with a 6 T-5 retrofit kit and I have 171 par at the sandbed. Good luck and if you have any questions please ask them here at MFK!!!

The only thing I use in my tank are cycle and stress coat. Neither ones of these would do that right?
BTW, a 10% water change is a waste of effort. If nitrate readings are 10 in a 100gal and you changed 10% of the water, you're starting the next week with a reading of 9 instead of a level closer to zero. To make any kind of a dent in toxin accumulations, IMO, a change should be at least 30-50%.
So what light could I get that would be good enough?

you could use that kit with most nems and LPS and softy corals. I bought a retro fit kit from them and the service is unmatched.

I haven't checked into Cycle yet but, Stresscoat is not that good in marine or high alkaline systems. Stresscoat has been found to lower pH by up to a 1.5 reading change instantly. That much of a change will cause chaos in a marine biofilter.
