help I.d black barred pacu?

I did some research on them a while ago - I was planning on using them as dithers for a CA cichlid tank but they get a little too big for me. I found a thread on here that says they can get 14-16 in the wild, but most max out at 8-10in in home aquariums. Thin bar silver dollars stay a little smaller but don't look as good IMO.

Run a search on here for wide bar silver dollars and you'll get a bunch of hits.

Wide bars can pass 10" and thin bars can hit up to 10".

wide bars are also referred to as EBH/emperor blue hook
thin bars are also referred to as ERH/emperor red hook

those are wide bar silver dollars, and I've also heard that they get 10-16inches. I have four of them and they look and eat like pacus imo.

The Wide Bars can get up to 16" (ArapaimaG has some monsters in his big tanks) and are much stockier than the thin bars. Wide-bars are like mini pacu. Thin-bars are not as thick...they definitely don't have anywhere near as much girth as the widebars.
