help,i have a fly problem

for the last few months these annoying lil flies have been non stop
i am 90% sure they are reproducing in all my tanks!
so if i cant spray,what do i do?

here are the best pics of a few that didnt get squished
i kill them all day hoping to wipe out the population with no luck
please help! lol

most of my fish are too big to eat anything that small

maybe,but i cant figure out where they are coming from
its like i kill everyone in the house
then the next day i have that many again
they breed and hatch that fast it seems
