HELP! I REALLY NEED SOME HELP!

Here are my parameters:
Ammonia <0.02
PH 7.4
Nitrate it looks like 80 - 160...
Nitrite 0

One note on nitrate: My pleco (algae eater) got caught on the powerhead and died.. this may have increased the nitrate level
