Help!!! I think my fish have bloat

Yes I did mike, thanks alot. You know what I think caused it, it wasn't the nls. It was because of stress, water quality, and bad dieting. I hadn't done water changes in forever, I never gave them any vegetable matter, and I just found a dead female ruby green. It smelled awful and it made the water have an awful odor. I did 2 water changes today and added in some Aquarium salt. In a bit I'm heading down to my lfs to get some aquarium clout, more salt, some spirulina flakes, and some water conditioners. Fingers cross that they make it.
 
Yeah thanks jory, I read that article already. A very good read too. That's how I got the idea of using clout. I have read numerous things about bloat using the internet. Anyways, I just added in a jager heater and bumped up my temp to 82. Hopefully that will help.
 
maybe it ill speed up their metabolism and immune system just enough. we can hope...
 
Yep, I'm just praying that it will all work out, considering these are my favorite fish of all time.
