Funny how people always justify the high price of MACs by saying that they can't get a virus. They're not as vulnerable as PCs but once they get a virus good luck removing it

i had the mac defender scareware pop up on my mac the other day showing a windows page, i just deleted it and problem solved. it only works if you install it.
and for apple not helping users with malware etc, does anyone ring microsoft when stuff like this infects a windows machine. i would say not as they would not help either.

I think I have everything fixed. Installed a new antimalware, since Symantec is about as useless an oscar for tank cleanup.

I knew I should have consulted Remi earlier.
