They probably got into the aquarium as hitch hikers. I grow strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, cherries, and apples. I pick fruit daily most of the summer. I also rinse filter floss ever other day.
They just found a warm place and adapted. Perhaps.

That's what i was thinking, I've had them before they're harmless.

Need about 3 micro largemouth bass. It would be entertaining to watch.

They all look about the same. I agree that their diet would make them springtails.
Cool kind of Bio-protien skimmer. Might have to introduce some mollies.

Yep, I had a bunch in my sump a while back. Pretty cool critters, at least the platies and gourami's sure liked them
