Would you mind if we asked how much he set you back? A tip for using macro is to hold the camera as close to the object as possible; depress the button to autofocus and increase the distance to the camera until the pic is focussed

The little guy is kind of growing on me though, I'll hang on to him and see how it turns out maybe I'll update when I get a better focus pic.

Well good news I looked today and it has more than just 2 black blotches maybe 5 nothing like strips, but you can't really tell because it is maybe the width of a pen. I will update when I fatten him up and see how his pattern turns out.
