From that angle it doesn't seem as much a Fusco. The mouth is wrong angle (lower jaw should be parallel with body), and the head is too short/blunt.

I think it's a livingstonii hybrid. look at the faint star pattern around and between the eyes. livingstonii only ones that have that. A fusco x livingstonii maybe?
 
i would say livingstonii hybrid but with what who knows. the fins don't match with any of the nimbochromis species. i will say it could be a stunner though once it puts on some size.
 
How big is it? The finnage seems way out of proportion.
