In any event I won't pay even a crappy Xbacks price for it. The tail is F'd up.... unless it looks good to you and you dont mind then sure buy it... But that aro looks pretty full grown and I've seen a lot of xbacks in better shape and having more shine than the one presented here. So I would try elsewhere and thats what I think. Oh! and I dont know but if its AAA doesn't that mean its highest ranked? or premium??? Like the AAA aros I've seen online all are already crossed backed or show much potential when the aro's are young. Not sure if all AAA Aro's are like that though just posting what I've seen around.
The tail could look like that because it is swimming and at an odd angle. It looks like a high back to me. I certainly wouldn't say is a crappy fish.
Carefully look at the pics I can see some shine on the 6th level scale near the tail and full pearlies so I would say its a xb. As for tail its hard to tell from pictures unless you have a video. There are some premium HBRTG that can look like this too but because each farm grade their fish differently so we can't compare fish with title.
if you buy this aro you would be mad it has loads of problems
drop eye and by the look of it swim bladder problems its tail has gone like that to try to compensate the way its swimming at a angle
also look at the way its swimming with its mouth open another sign of swinning bladder problems
