Help ID + some questions!

The first plant is a non-aquatic fern. I am 100% sure of this. Either return and explain or just remove and eat the cost of the mistake.

Dang. Its really pretty. Too bad. No worries they were like less than a dollar per bundle. But the plant is still alive. Could I just keep it til it dies?
