Loiselli.
the colors are faded, but you should see some vivid yellow on the lower body come and a faded grey/blue area on the top head area to mid back.
the head shape is the give away, freddy is the only other parachromis i've seen with the head marking on this fish and loiselli are the only parachromis to get a pointed and rounded head, all other species are more elongated.

I was thinking freddy because it showed a faint color of yellow while at the lfs.
Then I thought dovii because snout and lip area.
Im in the market for a male Dovii, but it still a nice pick up.
