not a texas by all means. breeding dress yes, but comparing it to the true cyanos behind him...
carpintis or escondido.. if the breeder doesn't tell you exactly what it is or where it originated from, it's harder to distinguish. i think it's an escondido though.. looks like it'll have some sweet colors though if it doesn't get completely ripped to shreds!
