Help id this mahseer fish.

I`m from Java island in Indonesia.. these fishes are caught in the river not far from my home..

There is really a blue mahseer technically speaking. It's called Blue Kelah. "Kelah" is a Malay word for mahseer. These giants grow to have blue scales and has a black lateral line across it's body with blue finnage in adult sizes.

This is one specimen that speaks volume of this species.

Woah. Very nice. How big is that tank? Let me guess on the fish size, should be about 6 inches each. Cool collection, i didnt know they dart around in that manner.

Seems to be 2 species of mahseer - green and blue
 
nope they're only 2-3". actually 4 types of mahseer in there. 1 golden, 1 blue, 2 red, 3 thailand blue and oh 1 small pbass. :grinyes:

Impressive collection. What the diff between the blue and thailand blue? Is the blue without the black stripe?
