Help identify today's catch.

I caught it in Lake Sammamish, which connects to Lake Washington which connects to the ocean. I'm leaning toward RBT also, thing is there was no sign of color and it had lice on it, I do recall seeing the same lice on previous trout but I think only on sea run cuts. Unfortunately RBT or steely, it was over the legal length so it was released while not doing too well. Hope it lived, he wasn't bleeding much but kept surfacing then diving.
 
A rainbow caught in the Great Lakes is also called a steelhead.
 
It looks like a nice Rainbow Trout. I've only caught a few Steelhead in my life but they were all considerably larger (22"-34", 6-12 lbs.). Big Rainbow or small Steely, it is a nice catch. Too bad you had to let it go, since it wasn't doing that well. Trout often don't survive catch and release, unfortunately.
