Either what they sell as white leg hermit crabs, or just an albino variant of some other. There are a lot of species. They come in all kinds of colors.
I stoped trying to ID most crabs a wile ago... to many verieties to easially distiguish. That said, keep an eye on them, there are a number of hermits that get rather large, and a number that actively pray on snails and other things you dont want them to.
It looks kind of like some of the little ones I collected while Florida. They didn't seem to pick on anything, but they also didn't last long as the eel preferred them over the dwarf blue-leg hermits. 
Thanks for all the replies. I was thinking albino. What threw me off is it looks like he's got multiple bright blue eyes...
