Help identifying a shark

Sharks don't have adipose fins. They have a second dorsal, just like on a Bass, Cichlid, etc. Adipose fins are present on Catfish, Trout, Salmon, Smelt, Whitefish, some Plecos, etc.
 
It could be my favorite inshore Shark species...
the Spinner! Babies don't have the black tips. Did it do this?

If so, Spinner. If not, still maybe. Heres an adult Spinner.

Oh, if it's fresh water than Bull Shark! Imagine the surprise when THAT came up! Dusky Smooth Hounds, known by New York Fisherman as Sand Sharks or Smooth Dogfish, also come in freshwater...but I think tyhat baby Bull could eat a Smooth Hound
