Good Morning All, can anyone please help me identify this pleco. It was sold to me as a Scarlet Pleco but I feel it is not.

True that is what I suspect as well kno4te

Its definitely a Pseudacanthicus of some kind judging by the body and mouth, looks male to me as well, if I had to guess I’d say L24 , just with very little colour pigment on his fins, then again I’ve seen sao felix L25 with a similar body colour, I like it looks a bit different.

nice size, you can watch it grow over time, I find L25 have decent growth rates when there small then really slow down when the hit 7”-8”
