I have to disagree with importracer on the turtles, they are also a committment for several decades if kept properly.
A crayfish tank would be cool, though. Or are you fixed on aggressive fish? My wolf suggestion is still standing, too.

Would that be a wolf cichlid? If it is not to sure about it. I was think maybe couple gars or Arrowana and stingray.
I also heard peacock bass are pretty crazy
A 120 really can't handle an aro or gars without alot of maintenance. Rays would require even more maintenance.
IMO, a single wolf would become boring quickly due to their sedentary lifestyle.
Now, a shoal of target fish would give you an active tank and a bunch of voracious feeders. And, they wou't stress-test your tank size at their 14" adult size.

do yepezis stay small? 120 doesnt seem wide enough unless it's a small ray.
i bet you could fit 3 in there... www.aquascapeonline.com has a few for a very good price... you could also get hujetas... i'd say get 2 of each or maybe even 3 of each. throw in a fancy pleco or two and you have yourself a nice predator tank.
