Water is very clean, thats why I decided to take out the other fish rather then take out the jardini, because the water in this tank is perfect. And I shouldnt turn on the light? Also, how much salt like a spoon of it? Table salt right?

not table salt bro, you would kill your entire population .... pure sea salt or usual fish salt.
just give them 0.1-0.2% of total water
