If you're using Amquel, than you may be getting false readings on your water test. On the other hand, the Amquel should detoxify all forms of ammonia/ammonium/nitrites/nitrates. Was your piranha hanging near the bottom of the tank? Did the gold fish go right to the bottom of the tank? This might indicate temperature shock.

Chlorimine? Spelling? I hear can wipe out tanks quick if your water source adds it. Other than that stray current wouldn't do it, maybe shock from temp change? Most feeders aren't kept warm I know most I get are kept room temp or less usually about 55 degree water and they get stunned instantly when they hit hot water

ChlorAmine would have been detoxified by the Amquel Plus.

Gotta be some kind of poison introduced. Did you reseal the tank or clean it with anything? Also with that stand looks like you have a disaster in the making.

I never use bleach the piranha was hanging around bottom it just purchased aswel I instantly removed him after I saw what happened to the goldfish its not temp shock cuz when iput feeders for some of my fish they don't die in their tank the thing is the goldfish fades white a little as if it died two days ago

Totally stumped here if the water temp & ph are a match before putting in fish, no ammonia, nitrates & nitrites, no use of bleach or any other chemicals, and I think you said everything was clean before setting it all up.

Like others have said, your only option really is to tear it all down, rinse it well (use water conditioner too!), and set it back up.

Best of luck!

This would drive me nuts. Though I'm sure you have thought of this, make sure you clean your filter as well. Looks like an AC110 on the back? Just rinse or replace everything in the basket to be sure.

Also, did you check for stray voltage? I know it was mentioned, but the heater may be leaking electricity into the tank. That happened with one of my heaters once. Thankfully my fish survived, but I noticed it when I put my hand in the tank. It felt like I had a small cut and someone was putting lemon juice on it.
