Help killing off snails

Try tossing in some veggies, then just scoop them up when the snails congregate, this will get you numbers down a bit. Then throw in some assassin snails. Its not foolproof, I dont know of a way that is, but it cant hurt.

How big is your tank? If you don't throw in too many assassins IME they don't go crazy. But your snail problem won't disappear overnight, either.

Put your veggies in a small glass jar. When the snails accumulate in the jar, remove it, dispose of the snails and replace.

Been thinking about this as well. I want to qt new plants and kill off snails. I read the copper aid is harmful to the snails but not sure if its the regular dosage or something higher

I had the same problem in a breeder tank, someone told me to put anacharis in to help the babies and now I have a ton of snails. in normal tank I would go with assassin snails!! be pretty fun to watch

I tried assassin snails in the past and it wasn't what I expected. They ate a few but nothing crazy.

I've been messing with bleach dips and it seems to have worked also tried kordon copper aid on one qt tank and its seems to have worked

If you plan on keeping any inverts i.e shrimp, stay away from copper products or it will kill your shrimp too...
