if it was, I'd buy it. at current prices that would make the fixture less than an ounce in weight! that would be nice.
your lighting depends on what you want to do lego. I have 2 t5ho 54 watt (each) tubes on a 90G. they're 24 inches from the bottom of the tank and are plenty for viewing the fish, just enough to keep my amazon sword growing, but not enough to grow vallisneria.
