I had tiny white worms in my tank, and when I started feeding less they went away for the most part. I still see them but very rarely now.

They're pretty much in everytank. Its just when theres bits of food lying about, uneaten, that they start to become more noticable. If you have predatory fish only feed them what they can eat in about 1 minute. Then take all the remaining food out. With Non predatory fish what they can eat in about 3 minutes. Gravel vac and they should be gone before you know it
